Please pray for Meirav bat Nadra, who has been struck down with a rare form of HIBM, a disease characterized by paralysis (curren tly practically generalized) and particularly by continued, intolerable suffering.

This condition requires treatment by numerous specialists and therefore entails considerable expenses (several thousand dollars per month), not to mention the financial support needed to fund the race-against-the-clock research into the disease.

I have personally assisted Meirav on the phone, since she first fell sick, twenty years ago, when she was a brilliant student who was admired by everyone and who was suddenly struck by a progressive paralysis with no known cure.
